Apple Pod-P3

ALPOD is a high-end future-sense prefabricated house. This house's structure, roof, interior&exterior wall, ceiling, floor, widow and door are all made of aluminum so as to make sure it is waterproof, rustproof,corrosion resistant, fireproof, moth-resistant, thus the whole house is much more durable and looks still very new after a long time. Its high-strength extruded aluminum structure can bear typhoon and M8 earthquake. 

Rgarding the insulation of heat and noise, we consider and do well enough. There is insulation layer between roof and ceiling, and between the exterior wall and interior wall. There will be insulation layer between bottom and the floor as well for usage in extreme climate. All the glasses used are double layer hollow glass.  

To reduce the cost, we can also make it with steel and other decoration materials, to meet client's budget and demand. 

There are 2 versions for this house: residential version(with bathroom and kitchen) and commercial version(open space). As long as the transportation conditon is ok, it can be used in all scencs and places: city, countryside, mountain, forest, desert, seashore, etc. 

Application: holiday/vacation home, hotel room, garden house, office, meeting room, resting room, shop, showroom, studio, reception, cafe, restaurant, etc. 

Installation and shipping: it is assembled in factory and shipped as one whole unit, when it arrives at the site, a crane is needed to hang it onto the foundation.
