This house looks full of future and technology sense, it is fully made of aluminum alloy, it means the structure, roof, interior&exterior wall, ceiling, floor, window and door are all made of aluminum. Doing this way well makes sure it is waterproof , rustproof, corrosion resistant, fire-proof, moth-resistant. Due to the excellent material and surface treatment for cover, the whole house is extremely durable and will still look very new after a long time. 

Regarding the insulation of heat and noise, we consider and do well enough. There is insulation layer between roof and ceiling, and between the exterior wall and interior wall. There will be insulation layer between bottom and the floor as well for usage in extreme climate. All the glasses used are double layer hollow tempered glass.  

We provide foundation drawings to the buyer, when we are producing the house, the buyer can make foundation at the same time. After the house is transported to the site, a crane is needed to hang the house onto the foundation. The foundation can be concrete, steel or other types, just make sure it is flat. The day furnitures and home appliances are put in, the day the house can be used, no need to wait.
