The house is assembled in our factory, and it will be tranported after assembly. After receiving it, the buyer only needs a small crane to hang it onto the foundation. The foundation can be concrete, steel or other types as long as it can bear the house's weight and make sure it is flat. We will provide foundation drawing, the buyers hire local construction team to make it.
